What we collect

The quote form collects your delivery ZIP code, rental dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew size, and mobile phone number, plus the page you sent it from. Phone calls to (707) 781-5591 may be noted in our scheduling system with your name, address and order details.

How the form works

The form is delivered through Web3Forms, a form-processing service that forwards submissions to our email. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver it to us.

How we use it

We use your information only to quote, schedule, deliver, service and bill your rental, and to contact you about that rental. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page visits and calls placed from the site so we can improve it. Fonts are served from this site. The embedded map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps.

California privacy rights

Retention

Quote requests that do not become rentals are deleted within 12 months. Rental and billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
